Our Patio Install Service is built with long-term performance in mind, starting from the foundation up. Every project begins with the removal of a minimum 8 inches of raw soil to create a stable base and allow for proper grading and drainage from the start.

Instead of traditional sand-based methods, we use a layered rock foundation designed for strength and durability. The base includes 4–6 inches of drain rock followed by 2 inches of 6MM fractured pea gravel to create a smooth levelling surface and support better compaction.

This modern installation approach helps improve drainage and significantly reduces movement over time by eliminating issues commonly associated with base sand loss.

To complete the finish, polymeric sand is applied between joints to create a hardened, stone-like hold that supports stability and helps maintain a cleaner appearance. Protective sealants are then used to help preserve the finished look and keep your patio looking its best.
